We conduct spot checks in addition to continuously reminding our employees about our policies. I also approach my employees from time to time outside of the predefined schedule. We ask questions like “where do you store files,” “how do you treat data,” and “what did you do when asked to share files.” We also have monitoring in place such as when you send an email to an external email address. The file gets scanned and if there is a sign that a potential data breach could happen, the file gets removed.
