Most of the time I'm with my team, there’s no question. The reason for that is that it's vital to understand their challenges, both in their territories and the issues they face. I also value spending time with customers as it offers direct feedback on how they view our products, how they perceive our approach, and how we're handling their sales cycle from their perspective. However, my priority is the team, holding them accountable for managing customer processes. Engaging with the management teams is also crucial because we need support from them in marketing our product, among other things. So, there's always time for that and strategy. But principally, I'm focused on the team, ensuring they're enabled, incentivized, and happily working to bring in the business.

Hopefully the company has organized the strategy of "keeping self-service" customers long-term.  Use those reps to ensure customer satisfaction and share resources with those customers.
