In general the answer for me really depends on what I need to do vs my business environment. There are times when I do as per my choice in the selection (think strategically), but there are times when the best is to stay aligned with the business environment and recharge to be able to be agile when everyone returns.

I agree, it depends on the situation. My default answer was to do some R&R, but that is really subjective to the week/month/quarter and what is happening around me.
