At Corporate level you should avoid the fragmentation, one standard group service must be adopted as official by limiting the usage of different ones.
Take in mind you can also use additional services if meeting and communication run on your tenant (see advanced analytics or the goodness of services as Teams Premium or CoPilot M365).
