We use Microsoft Azure as it is more suited for corporates that have windows based applications.

All are good, depends of the workload and which is the best bit for which cloud.

We have both AWS and Azure positioned for workload (and use GCP and others, but more in exceptional situations). I prefer Azure from its (IT and security) enterprise-ready nature, but from development perspective AWS is much more attractive.
