We have both AWS and Azure positioned for workload (and use GCP and others, but more in exceptional situations). I prefer Azure from its (IT and security) enterprise-ready nature, but from development perspective AWS is much more attractive.

Is there any "Healthy" % of waste regarding Public Cloud cost? I know that 0 waste is preferred but what if I can't cut some expenses or are really justified then how can I say even thought I have waste I'm still in a healthy state.
