At your company, what is your primary method for handling global email opt outs?
We rely on users to submit opt out privacy requests (DSRs).
We collect a user’s preference through our website’s consent banner.
We gather individual email opt outs through our email service provider and manually aggregate preferences internally.
We don’t currently have a method for universal email opt outs.

We are going through a Microsoft EA Renewal. We are currently piloting Office CoPilot for 300 users. We have run a robust program targeting users who would benefit, yet we still only have about 7% adoption. As a user myself the features and functions are just not that good at this point. Microsoft is trying to get us to sign up for a large commitment for Office CoPilot as part of our renewal -has anyone signed up for Microsoft CoPilot outside the pilot program?
