I’ve been reading a lot about research related to happiness, so if you haven’t looked at them yet, read Meik Wiking’s Little Book of Hygge and Little Book of Lykke. I strongly believe that “happy” teams are more productive, more loyal, and more innovative. Other similar books aligned with my leadership style are focused on athenticity.. read Radical Candor and the OZ principle.
