The intent to do exactly that is there, but complications tend to arise from the technicalities attached to taking stock + defining the to-be state, and doing a credible and workable gap analysis accordingly. Happy to discuss more.

We have around 850 employees so not "large" but we are starting organically by incorporating skills assessments with new system implementations. Right now, we don't have a good inventory of existing skills so we're starting small. We also do regularly WFP discussions so we're trying to encourage leaders to do skills assessments as they determine future state of their teams. We want to start here, and then will need to figure out how to help leaders understand what skills they need in the future. For us, the organic approach works best so it's not too overwhelming and they can more directly apply the tools we provide.
