What tools are in the market for facilitating Board meeting and submitting materials for review. Currently we use NasdaqBoardvantage but want to explore more options?

I haven’t used these tools firsthand, but from what I’ve gathered from some mentors, checking out Diligent Boards, BoardEffect, and OnBoard might be useful. Admincontrol (admincontrol.com) is a much-used solution in the Nordic countries. They have more than 7000 active board portals and in addition digital data rooms for due diligence and M&A. I have only heard positive feedback about them. Chief Information & Digital Officer16 days ago

Hi - in my company, we use Nasdaq Director Desk. It is actually the legal team that gathers the material for the board meetings and typically the process from my end requires to share powerpoints / word docs and pdf via email which then are loaded by a dedicated person to the portal. Best, Giancarlo
