It doesnt bother me as long as its not conflicting with my work or schedule.

As long as it doesn't effect their primary responsibilities, I am OK with it. The workforce of this generation is not the same as it was a decade or two ago. Employer/Employee loyalty is a dying concept.

The internet has enabled people to work 24/7 and if people want to do other work in the hours outside of their main job I don't see an issue as long as it doesn't conflict.
