I believe having varied work streams is crucial to avoid burnout. If you're stuck in a rut, doing the same thing every day, burnout is inevitable. It's also important to continually educate yourself and set personal goals. This can help keep you from being overwhelmed by the enormity of the job.

For me, the struggle lies in delegation. As a mid-sized business, I still handle a lot of tasks that I probably shouldn't. It's often challenging to determine what responsibilities to delegate and what to handle myself. To avoid burnout, I need to find a balance. It's essential to know when to step back and delegate tasks, even if it's tempting to take on every problem that needs fixing.
