What system/platform do you use for annual pay review and does it cover salary, bonus and equity recommendations? Please note if you use an in-house built system or Excel workbook.

We use Workday for all merit, promotion, short-term and long-term incentive review and approval. It has only been in place 2 years but has been a massive improvement over the previous use of Excel spreadsheets.
