Our main focus will be on improving service delivery for the community. That's the first thing we'll roll out publicly. We've noticed some communities that launch these initiatives, and it’s all about putting citizens first and helping them get quick access to the resources they need.

Our first real production use of generative AI will likely involve chatbots and application development. Why? Because even with agile methods, program development lags. I think these areas are likely to be first because you could do very small use cases without too much investment and see if it works. We can start with minor projects without splurging too much, to test the waters. Our current budget constraints require us to score some early wins before diving deep.

The obvious one is that this will play a pivotal role in data-intensive R&D pharma processes. With massive amounts of complex data that are hard to sift through, there's a clear opportunity. For us, this is golden. It could fast-track patients' access to medicines.
