During my transition from IC to a Leader for the first time. When you are an IC, you know what to do. But when you are a leader for the first time, you need to learn on how to make your team feel confortable. You might know that a task timeline of a week should have been 2 days but you need to take that in and move with the flow. Eventually the team will realize the true potential in this collaboration and you will succeed.
