We worked with SIG several years ago during the early stages of our CRM product selection. They hosted a workshop with all the key stakeholders from our organization to assess our current state, define requirements, and provide a product evaluation approach. We have not worked with them for several years but have sister colleges that have ongoing relationships with them and are happy with them. They are very well respected in the IT higher ed community.
