On the contrary, we are not cutting back - but moving forward with some finetuning.

Not cutting back. However, we've been more intentional about making sure tools are being optimised. A few clients have increased investment in tech and kept hiring to a minimum.

I don't think so. Because our organization is consisted of 5 different business segments and the business situation is not bad in the the largest one. However, the info-communication segment was not good in 1H 2023 (ended Sep 30) so that the technology budgets can be influenced because of the situation.
