Yes, it is possible, but not easy. For this to happen, collaboration should be at its best. Having a growth mindset is very important. Attitude of learning and let learn is essential. Having an inclusive mindset is super important. Having a shared goal takes the team a long way.

Yes it is possible, like everyone commented, it’s important for the whole organisation to understand the value of educating one’s self at whatever position he/she might be. That allows the habit to permeate across the organisation.
