This is probably unconventional, but I believe in it. I think that technology and services will become way more ubiquitous, to the point where small and medium sized businesses will actually start to benefit. I can't count the number of manufacturers I've talked with who still run their entire supply chain in excel. Or still only use the standard reports out of their ERP system.

Oh and AI too probably. But I think the SMB world will finally start to see the benefits of analytics.

As predicted by market analysts and researchers, some of the key data and analytics trends for 2023 could include:
1. Real-Time Data: Real-time data can revolutionize the world of data analytics in 2023.
2. Data Democratization: The process of making data accessible to users is expected to become increasingly important in 2023.
3. Augmented Analytics: A recent trend in data analytics leverages the power of machine learning and natural language processing to automatically generate analytics reports.
4. Data Ops And Observability: As more organizations are becoming data-centric, the principles of Agile for application development and monitoring the operational health of applications will be relevant to data as well.
5. Data As A Service: As the future of collaboration expands beyond the enterprise, the need to share governed data, models and insights with other organizations in the same industry is hitting an all-time high.
