If you’re using generative AI in your org, how are you managing the quality of your prompts? Do you have staff responsible for prompt engineering, or are you training everyone who interacts with AI tools how to write good prompts?

We are doing both, we have an internally hosted platform, where our primary AI team is creating prompt automations / wrappers for high volume use cases, and we have developed training courses for different areas of the business to do a whole of business capability uplift

Its difficult so far as its changing so rapidy. We use a confluence board across departments at this stage as a V1.0 of how we are managing prompts. Also (albeit not proud to say it) bought some of those prompt packs from some influencer selling on instagram. Actually werent half bad in helping us build out an initial library.
