I would run weekly or monthly sprints for my sales team with smaller rewards like additional PTO or gift cards to help incentivize. Founder and Chief Sales Energizer in Services (non-Government)a year ago
Great ideas.

Verbal appreciation goes a long way!! And recognize others in front of their peers. And if a small budget is ok, a personal note in the mail with a coffee gift card can mean a lot.Founder and Chief Sales Energizer in Services (non-Government)a year ago
Agreed!

1. Acknowledgement and appreciation for those carrying the load. 2. Food! A carb, fat, sugar, salt energy boost can do wonders.
3. Outside activities: Coffee strolls, lunch on the green, get some fresh air!
4. Unexpected get-off early Friday or stroll in Mondays.
The point is to decrease burnout and add moments of enjoyment where possible.

Highlighting wins, even small ones, publicly and privately. Thanking members for their contributions --- it's amazing how much feeling appreciated can do!Bringing the team together for team-building or fun games/ activities -- if there is budget, great; but even if there isn't, there are things you can do without cost --
Small tokens of appreciation and reward such as a gift card for coffee/ lunch/ snack, a day off, etc.

I love to run fun SPIFFs with my team with little things like eGifts as a reward. I also host team building events monthly- anything from grab your own drink & a Kahoot trivia to sending them all a painting kit and following a Bob Ross tutorial! Keep things fun. It's also important to understand your reps' whys- both professionally and personally and to find ways to help them reach those goals. Communication is key!
