That's a good ideas but which ones in your opinion is domain? I believe we see the only CyberSecurity is becoming no longer enough where the landscape involves various departments. Maybe more than someone specialized to a vertical field, a profile ables to capture the insights of each department?

I would first want to hold a bit of a Taskforce of what can we stop doing or is no longer adding value. Many of us support smart high performing teams and many of the struggles are meetings or activity that waste cognitive resources towards more impactful changes. Less a position and more a weekly activity to celebrate tomb stoning a no value added task.
