I am building out an infrastructure and would like the end devices to be wireless. What are the opinions on doing this?

In high density workplace we found this to be less than optimal. We have a high number of high data users, and doing lots of TEAMS meetings, some with video. Wired just has higher throughput in high density situations where low latency and high volume is required. We still have plenty of wireless access and in conference rooms we typically offer only 1 or 2 wired connections for the host of the meeting, and everyone else uses wireless. This was especially true in our HQ space where we had multiple floors and very high density seating.
What about printers and servers? if you can make them wired. They don't need to move or have variation in connectivity. for the rest go for it just make sure you have robust wireless and a site survey done.
