How do you navigate the challenge of limited cellular service at your worksite? We've implemented Wi-Fi calling, but it's not a comprehensive solution. What strategies or technologies have you found effective in ensuring reliable communication in areas with restricted cellular coverage?

We have a building where the cafeteria and entire basement office space were designed to be bomb shelters.  Zero cellular coverage as you descended into the space.  We worked with the two primary cellular providers to install commercial level cellular repeaters that had antennas on top of the building.  That solved it perfectly and did not depend on WiFi.    Contact your account representative handling your account and get them involved.  We had enough people going through that space that all we had to pay for was install labor for the cabling from roof to basement.  Carriers provided all the equipment.   If you are really huge they may provide a dedicated circuit to repeat the signal into your "situation".

We haven't done it yet, but we have looked into setting up a private cellular network on our campus.  There are a few companies that provide this service.

that is an excellent question because we have had some of those challenges as well. Yes we resort to wifi calling and it seems to not always work so we are going to the phone providers to discuss. It helps to turn your phone on airplane mode and turn wifi on. That can make the wifi calling better. We also try to use zoom and conferences through our phone AND we also use facetime on our computers.
