It totally depends on where you want your career to head. If you want to eventually be in a management role, the MBA will be much more valuable than CISSP.

It's like comparing apples to oranges. I have both. I think both are beneficial.

I agree, in fact I would say it's worth working in both areas, it's all education at the end of the day, that is always valuable.

If you have a full Gartner license, they have a benchmarking tool that maps out to your industry.  It was useful for my needs.
