One angle I'd like to add is the discovery process. It's essential for product owners to engage with business partners and units early, discussing and planning features clearly and promptly. We've adopted a continuous discovery model, similar to the double diamond model, but tailored it to our needs. By time-boxing discovery activities and aligning them with shorter story cycles, we can focus on specific problems and provide outcomes quickly. This approach ensures that developers can continue working without delays, leading to better productivity.
