We've offered repeatable sessions with large ongoing changes that talk more generally about the changes and help participants understand their personal reactions and gain strategies and confidence for finding a way forward. For specific change initiatives, workshops focus on co-creating a plan to move forward - at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
