We've had a DEI Officer in place for many, many years and it's always been a key to our strategy to make sure that we have a culture of inclusivity and belonging. We believe that the more diverse our thoughts are, the better we're going to be able to serve our clients.

I'm still a work in progress around work life balance because I love to work and I love to get stuff done. When I was working as hard as I was, I always got my work done on time. People couldn't relate to me. I didn't seem human enough. So I think it's refreshing and it's helpful when you start to just be your authentic self. I am now super comfortable when I don't have all the answers. To me, it is all about role modeling authenticity.

Authenticity has always been something I've thought about and strive for. But now I ask myself, what does that even mean for me? I think, as a leader, you constantly need to go on this self-reflective journey to be a good role model for your team.
