The hype was high last year and has continued to increase this year in the healthcare space. The organization expects AI to help close the gap in margins. From research to customer support and patient interactions, we're looking to leverage AI more. However, we're also dealing with the risk of data usage as more vendors integrate AI into their platforms.

In the learning industry, we're early adopters of AI. The hype has increased tremendously compared to last year. We're identifying champions across teams and building a center of excellence around AI. We've launched programs that use AI in multiple ways, from mentoring first-time managers to aiding in customer negotiations. We're also introducing mandatory AI training for each group to ensure adaptation.

The hype around AI is about the same or even more than last year. However, the optimism has decreased. In the healthcare space, there was a lot of excitement about what AI could do, but as we've started using it, it's become more challenging. There are ethics issues and concerns about introducing bias into the systems, especially if the foundational data is not great. So, while the hype is still high, people are becoming more realistic about its actual use.

If you have a full Gartner license, they have a benchmarking tool that maps out to your industry.  It was useful for my needs.

Implementation of Zero trust architecture, its modules across the organisation is a priority for us. So, we will be implementing zero trust strategies in IAM, inline with overall strategy.
