Some of the program title suggestions could be: CELP (CNA Emerging Leaders program), Accelerate, GROW (Get Ready for Opportunities at Work), LEAD (Leading Effectively through Accountability and Development), Catalyst, RISE (Reaching Impactful Success through Empowerment)

Ours is called Dare to Lead for Directors and above, this as one of our company values is 'dare' so we wanted to make that link. A future one, for more emerging leaders will be 'Dare to Learn'. People are actually enthusiastic about the link to the culture and values as it sticks.

We used Growing Potential.  I've also seen Future Shapers used as a name for a senior course, but think it could work well for new leaders.
