First and foremost, creating high level guidelines to highlight - what is appropriate and what is not is important. Ensuing these are communicated across the organization and understood by everyone.

Essentially, building greater awareness of potential challenges and issues is key.

Putting guardrails and systems in place to ensure access to AI is systematically controlled.

Setting up a cross-functional team/group of members interested in experimenting with the tools and technologies can help in evaluating potential benefits and tradeoffs.
