Is anyone using a DDI solution as a replacement for having a separate DNS, DHCP and IPAM? Any recommendations? Share your positive or negative experience.

Well we're looking for something to do to get started with DDI, but not currently impleting it.Director in Manufacturing2 years ago
The size of your company and diversity of locations, countries etc is going to influence the answer. We have changed strategies over the years. First with many Microsoft Servers all over doing just DHCP. Then we used a Managed service from AT&T for 80+% of our address space. To a hybrid model of Microsoft managed services and some Solar winds. We are in 80+ countries and over 1,000 sites so nothing works perfectly everywhere for every team (internal web, external web), DataCenter, Offices, remote factories etc.In general I would stick with the major players, SolarWinds, Microsoft, AT&T, Cisco. That is a 100k person company perspective though.
