Over a decades time, I have migrated thousands of applications into Azure cloud. Discovery of the scope environment and migration planning is the key. From the target design for azure landing zone perspective, I would recommend for modular design and build inline with migration waves. Recommend to embed automation and cybersecurity within target design and use CNAP and ZeroTrust principles.

Is anyone else second guessing moving everything to cloud because of costs? Who else is reconsidering planned cloud migrations OR considering rolling back workloads into your own infrastructure?
