Does anyone have any success stories on establishment of an organization's AI committee and/or on training end users on key AI concepts?

I have done upskilling programs in most of my CIO roles and lately with some clients on AI/gen AI. They do work when the training is 1) hands on 2) positively impactful real, daily work this helps with capability building and adoption of any AI tool.

I have formed two functions, an Office of AI for community-based knowledge transfer, project-based developments, learning, and development academy, and use case capture/development. We have made a signiifcant impact on the business and the Office is a go to place to learn and promote AI based work across the business. The second part is an AI Council, this is a small selective body of people from Legal, Ethics, Security, SCM and Data + some AI SMEs, who have the delgation of authority to review AI use cases for customers, with a specific focus on GenAI at the moment, handling all the liablity concerns.  This function provides a safety nett to ensure we do the right thing. we now have a collection of over 300+ patterns and can make recomendation on the right path forward to submitters.
