We're not really considering any senior executive roles for AI at this point. The activities related to AI are ongoing and all teams are pretty much involved. We have a center of excellence team and have identified champions, but we're not looking at any senior executive roles specifically for AI at this point.

To give you a short answer, no. We believe that creating senior executive roles for every different specialty can lead to a cacophony of different voices, which doesn't necessarily lead to clarity. As of now, the focus on AI is distributed throughout our organization rather than centralized in any one place.

No, I don't believe we will create such a role in 2024. That's not necessarily because we don't think we should, but more because we move very slowly. I agree with Angie that creating roles for all specialties can be overwhelming, but in healthcare, AI is everywhere. So, I believe it's inevitable that such a role will eventually be created, but if I had to guess, it will be more likely in 2025.

If you have a full Gartner license, they have a benchmarking tool that maps out to your industry.  It was useful for my needs.

Implementation of Zero trust architecture, its modules across the organisation is a priority for us. So, we will be implementing zero trust strategies in IAM, inline with overall strategy.
