I enjoy my personal space and working alone remotely. Having a mechanism to collaborate when needed is all I need.

Depends... on what problem we are trying to solve.  If I'm not going to work at home, I'd goto the office to work.  If you are talking about "permanent remote" employees where there is no office to go to and providing a WFHaaS solution... ala AirBnb for remote workers, that could be interesting.

Agree completely.  For Hybrid workers I don't think this works but for permanent wfh employees this may be a way from time to time to get out and reconnect.
