Whilst my first thought was it's the parents primary responsibility, I see too many repeat issues when it comes to children and managing money. Repeat bad behaviours such as living beyond one's means, living with enormous debt, not budgeting/prioritizing appropriately for the long term. I think financial literacy and education should be put on schools to teach children to break bad habits, understand the importance of saving, budgeting, investing, retirement, etc.
