I’m probably the one “other” vote as our CEO still plans to enforce 100% in the office and 100% at your roles HQ. Example if you switch from IT Corp which HQ is North Carolina to Aerospace IT you need to move to Arizona. In the past you could change roles without disrupting your family or spouse’s career. We’ve already lost a lot of talent and some new talent has declined offers due to the policy. We’ll see how it changes as all departments and roles face this challenge, not just IT

Would like to add culture to this poll. Work environment comes close but I believe culture is an important factor among the gen z.

I think removing or reducing remote work options would be a barrier as well. As much as we like to go back to "normal", we need to figure out how we can encourage employees to be innovative and make them feel included in the company culture.
