Each organization tries to show the best side of it. In doing so, there are significant risks that figures are inflated, dreams are quantified into future inflows and the valuation is not correct. Secondly, the negatives are either hidden below the positives or they not highlighted appropriately.

Are you still leveraging offshore finance employees post major automation and digital transformations wherein the manual work is greatly reduced or eliminated in some cases and history has proven lack of capabilities and knowledge / education / licenses to handle complex work? If so, what are you leveraging them for? If not, have you eliminated most of the roles, moved some near or onshore?
