All depending on intent:
- Chat/SMS/voice for informal questions that need a simple quick answer.
Phone: For urgent matters or matters that need some explanation/quick discussion.
Emails: When on my laptop mainly and need some future tracing or some documents not created on mobile.
Video calls: For virtual pre-agreed meetings.

Have clear business requirements up front, make sure the proposal includes items such as scope, timeline, cost, resources.
