This question is a difficult one for me to answer as I do not anticipate any hiring for the foreseeable future.

In the event my employer hires in the future, I suspect it will be the result of one of two scenarios.

If I leave, the General Counsel position will become vacant and I suspect my current Assistant General Counsel will more than likely be promoted. Once she is promoted, I suspect, she will seek to fill her vacant position.

If my Assistant General Counsel leaves, I will fill her position.

I ultimately answered by indicating 0 - 2 years because both these scenarios would result in an entry-level position needing to be filled.
