It definitely depends on the position and experience of the individual. 1-2 pages is appropriate for entry and mid level positions. 1-4 (or more) pages for senior or advanced positions. Industry Standard is One Page (inexperienced candidates), Two Pages (for the majority of the market / candidates), and Three Pages (for deeply experienced and/or technical candidates).
