I prefer to work remotely. As a CIO and Strategic Leader, I don't need to be in the office. In the past 1.5 years, we have seen that our teams can be productive and still feel like they are part of the team. It allows those who prefer not to get the vaccine, the ability to still work. Working remote isn't for everyone and needs to be evaluated by the supervisor, but it does give the employee the option to still be gainfully employed.IT Executive in Healthcare and Biotech3 years ago
We have been in the office the entire pandemic. Our organization does require vaccinations, since we are a health care providing organization. I cannot understand why people still work from home, yet go to groceries, go to restaurants, and go to social events.Chief Information Officer in Education9 months ago
Working from home for us is not related to the pandemic. It is just the smart thing to do that may have been proven due to the pandemic. I would rather my team spend their time with family or getting downtime than wasting time commuting to the office when they can do their jobs effectively remotely.
For me remote means at home or anywhere with sufficient access and focus.

We are fully back to office, most of us are vaccinated already and the country is enforcing vaccination right nowDirector of IT in IT Services2 months ago
Seems like it’s an outdated question..
Vaccine & mask requirements for offices are a great starting point to showing employees that they matter. I also look for outdoor dining/lunch/break areas.
