Yes and it was in between a success and disaster. We got better global and 7x24 services. However every special request was extra money and overall the base bill was more than in-sourced cost. It was a mandate from the company that acquired us. Even though we showed outsourced was going to cost at least 20% more, it didn’t matter. Strategy was more outsourced and less employees. That strategy pendulum reversed about 15 years later. And will probably change back in 10-15 years
