I think many would say they prefer self-service or a video call, but most value/impact is nearly always achieved when f2f. Especially since the pandemic, however, f2f feels a little trickier to make happen.

Define lower level customers? Are you referring to non c level audience I.e. managers? Or enterprise c level vs small businesses?
