The structure continues to evolve but it will likely end up in some form of hybrid.

I run a 24x7 SOC.  I expect that staff to be in the office 100% of the time.  I expect my senior team, which is already mostly remote, to continue as they were.  If they were on site, they'll return.  If they weren't, they, uhh, won't :)
