We have some tools available, built in to 3rd party applications, that aid in progress & performance tracking

We use a variety of tools, including Microsoft Planner and Azure DevOps. But most of the detailed information is still tracked in Excel for the majority of initiatives.

Yes! We have a Project Management Office that tracks business-wide initiatives.

This seems to be a loaded question.  Of course we have several tools that help track business-wide initiatives ... but we also have even more projects that are 'tracked' in several disparate spreadsheets that are only sent to stakeholders.

We use a combination of two tools - google sheets and shortcut (formerly clubhouse). Early on the company had zero tracking so it was decided to track in shortcut using the roadmaps feature for a high-level view. This had mixed success leading to some overflow into google sheets.
