As the Salesforce Admin of our company, Zero tolerance for bad data is the aim; perfectly organized (and accurate) data is the aim. The reality is dependent on others who may not share the same ideal. Some individuals take extreme ownership of their world of influence, and are sticklers for accuracy. Others can be careless about data that isn't important to them at a specific time. Personality of the assigned owner of data sets plays a huge part in whether that data is verified, corrected, or even entered accurately to begin with. Having a little OCD is a great thing if you are given ownership of certain data silos. Not only is your CRM only as good as the data it contains, it is also only as good as the people employed to manage their area of influence.Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer & Head of Cybersecurity in IT Servicesa year ago
