For those of you working at Healthtech companies, what Engineering/IT services are highest priority?

Cloud security, Cloud performance, regulatory compliance, API security, endpoint security, protection of PHI at all levels (we encrypt EVERYTHING, end-to end, at rest, in use and in motion.)

With HIPAA and GDPR at the forefront of what we have to comply with, everything we do, centers around making sure we are over-compliant with those two regulatory frameworks.

In terms of our engineering/Cloud infrastructure, we are heavily invested in taking an insecure environment (Public Cloud) and securing it to our satisfaction.
