Our biggest issue with roll outs like this is always End User support. We're a very "end user ease of use" centric company and as such are ultra responsive including deferring to the end user for scheduling, etc. Regardless of the actual tool or system being rolled out, there are always issues that need attending to.Director of Tech and Cyber Strategy in Finance (non-banking)2 years ago
