We do similar actions and a bit more on sustainability as I work in the field, but your closing comment is the most important: people don't expect perfection here, but they expect is commitment and execution.

We intend to introduce a customized LLM for knowledgebase, feeding it our Policies, procedures and SOPs. We will enhance our Clinical collaboration tool by adding automated alerts for specific critical events.

Hi, great question. 1. Like others we are also jumping on the ESG bandwagon.
I've connected the NIS2 regulation demands to the G of (ESG) in which we implement the Governance for information and data security.
2a. As a starter we put all technology and security services partners into the Kraljic matrix - Wikipedia.
2b. Secondly connecting our most valuable information and assets to the outcome of the matrix and thereby creating our watch/action list for 2024.
3. I've also executed a plan to lighten the load of security risks works by introducing a data and information classification policy based on the 80/20% scale where our additional focus and prioritisation is on to the Top 20% part of data and systems/platforms.
Hope this gives you some extra ideas for 2024.
Best regards,
Marcel

We are focusing on User Experience more to streamline sales processes and data capture. If it works better for our employees, it improves the entire organization.
Accessibility of our products to the global population, which also falls under the ESG pillar, is something that is crucial, not only philosophically for our organization but in making an actionable impact. We turn this into action for life-saving medications where we are striving for accessibility of our products to patients who need them. This took investment in time and money for products that had the potential to become less profitable. However, at the end of the day, we are serving the patient population by licensing and supplying globally. We execute these essential philosophies and plans that all our employees are part of, creating a strong sense of purpose and community. Having a philosophy is one thing, but actually showing that you are doing something about it matters most. People don't expect perfection here; what they expect is commitment and execution.
